The easiest e-commerce SEO win.

Google already told you what your products rank for. Most stores never look.

Positions 4–15: already ranking, not yet clicked #1 #10 #20 #30 impressions → a title rewrite moves these
Queries in positions 4–15 with real impressions: already relevant, not yet clicked

It's one of the easiest things you can do. You don't need new content, new links, or a new site. You need a list your store already has.

Find them

  • Search Console → Performance → Search results, last 3 months
  • Turn on Average position, open the Queries tab
  • Filter to position 4 to 15, sort by impressions
  • Click each query, switch to the Pages tab, note which product or collection is ranking

Optimize them for what they're relevant for

  • Title: put the query language in it, the way shoppers typed it, not your internal product name
  • Meta description: answer why this one — price, material, size, shipping
  • Product description: the first two lines should use the same words the query did
  • Collection pages: a short intro paragraph that names the category the query describes

Check your brand while you're there

Filter queries to your store name. If you're not position 1 for your own brand, a marketplace or reseller is taking your customers at the last step. It's routinely the biggest gap on a store and nobody looks, because everyone assumes they own their own name.

That's it. Start with the ten queries that have the most impressions.
